Once you are standing the dealer reveals his face down card. If his 2-card hand is lower than 16 he must hit. At the end of the game if your hand is higher than the dealer's hand without breaking 21 you win and get paid 1:1, unless you have a 21-point blackjack hand and you get paid 3:2.
